Apartment Application Letter

Well I have read so far completed the Cycle One, which is the structure that I use at least the first part of the book.
By that what I'm posting is now part of the Cycle Two;)
PS: Ceci sa quedau end in "living" After many attempts at various other names, fauna, and that name was very cool, who knows if there will be more opportunities to use it;)
